Essential Functions
- Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Cookordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.
- Market all rental listings.
- Cookordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
- Prepare all lease-related paperwork.
- Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
- Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
- Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties.
- Work in a high-pressure environment, interact with difficult customers/vendors, handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, have effective interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Education
- Minimum 1-year experience in similar role or related field.
- Able to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.

Work Environment
- Typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
- May be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common.
- May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks.
- Periodically confined to a vehicle.
