Vivmark Residential is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living. Responsibilities

• Drive daily leasing operations at an apartment community to ensure residents experience luxury living.
• Deliver customized leasing tours tailored to individual tastes, recommending ideal floorplans and local amenities.
• Build genuine relationships with prospective residents by understanding their priorities and following through with tailored updates about available homes and neighborhood highlights.
• Create excitement through creative marketing campaigns, ongoing outreach, and social media engagement to fuel community enthusiasm for Vivmark.
• Provide exceptional customer service that fosters a sense of community and exceeds expectations.
• Ensure Saturday availability to accommodate peak leasing traffic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay

$39,000.00 – $55,000.00

Schedule

Full time; 40 scheduled hours per week; Saturday availability required.
