Vivmark Residential is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living. Responsibilities

• Serve as the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home by delivering creative and thoughtful tours customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants.
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build genuine relationships with prospective residents and create a sense of community.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections and recommendations, and fuel community enthusiasm with creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media.
• Ensure continuous follow-through by understanding what’s important to prospective residents and tailoring updates—from ideal floorplans to neighborhood hotspots—helping paint a picture of what it’s like to call the community home.
• Provide an exceptional experience for new residents with a genuine desire to help both residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live.
• Work weekends, with Saturday availability required, to accommodate peak leasing traffic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
