Bexley Stockyards - Nashville, TN (Germantown area)

Pay

Hourly rates start at $21/hour (equivalent to $43,680 salary) and increase based on experience. Quarterly bonuses are also available.

Schedule

Weekdays 9 AM–6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM–5 PM (rotating with the team), Sundays closed.

About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks—and we’ll provide all the training and support you need to excel.

This is not a desk job—expect to be on your feet, engaging with prospects, walking the property, inspecting homes, and handling administrative tasks. You’ll address resident concerns, help with property appearance, and support resident events or weather-related challenges outside standard hours.

Responsibilities
