Leasing Consultant (Alderwood & Timberleaf)

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: ensure Neighbors feel at home, well‑cared for, and proud to live in our neighborhoods; show them tomorrow matters.
• Sales: guide Future Neighbors through the Ultimate Leasing Experience, making renting easy.
• Administration: create Neighborhood reports, conduct market surveys, prepare rental agreements, post apartment advertisements; master property‑management operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: passion for working in a customer service, sales and marketing environment.
• Cultural Traits: Team Oriented, Communicator, Entrepreneurial, Passionate, Self‑Starter, Creative, Principled, Brand Ambassador.
• Working Weekends: schedule includes regular days off Monday‑Friday; weekend work required as neighborhoods are busiest then.

Pay

• Pay Range: $25.00 to $26.25 per hour.
• $200 Incentive per Lease.
• Discretionary Semi‑Annual Bonus Plan.
• Weekend Shift Premium Pay.
