You are the first face prospective residents will encounter, and your professionalism and customer service skills are key. You must have a knack for selling, be a people magnet, and have the ability to understand what motivates your prospective residents. You are constantly on the go, and you love it.

What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table
- A minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position
- Bilingual English/Spanish (highly desired)
- Initiative and deal closing skills
- An understanding of image and professional appearance
- Computer skills (especially Yardi Voyager experience)
- A valid California driver's license and current car insurance
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
