Leasing Consultant (Affordable Housing) - $500 SIGNING BONUS

About the role

Responsible for leasing affordable housing units, providing excellent customer service, and managing tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Lease affordable housing units
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and potential tenants
• Manage tenant relations and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct property tours and presentations
• Handle lease agreements and paperwork

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Passing background check
• Valid driver’s license

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
