Leasing Attorney - Off Track (Multi-City)

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Supervise and mentor junior leasing attorneys
• Engage with clients and external parties including brokers and property managers
• Create related agreements like letters of intent and transfer consents
• Ensure compliance with market standards in commercial leases

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in relevant jurisdiction
• 8+ years of commercial leasing experience
• Substantial experience representing landlords
• Understanding of various property types in leasing transactions
