Leasing Attorney - Off Track (Multi-City)
Job Responsibilities
Acting as the lead attorney in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements such as term sheets, letters of intent, work letters and SNDAs; supervising the work of less experienced leasing attorneys; interacting directly with clients, opposing counsel, property managers, brokers and other relevant parties.

JD
Minimum 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements such as term sheets, letters of intent, work letters and SNDAs.

- Understanding of the commercial leasing market, including what is “market” for various types of leases and lease-related issues
- Experience with leases for multiple property types, including office, retail, industrial and life science

Physical Demands, Work Environment, And Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Pay Transparency
The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000 per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
