Leasing Associate Westloop Apartments

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Leasing Associate at Westloop Apartments, a 282-unit luxury apartment community in Dallas, Texas. This role involves selling and providing customer service to prospective residents, building relationships, and closing the sale.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for prospective residents via phone, online, or in person
• Build relationships with prospective residents and introduce them to NTS
• Meet with prospective residents, making a connection through a friendly smile or handshake
• Identify strengths and weaknesses with alternative sales approaches
• Prioritize and organize time and customers
• Show potential residents why Westloop is the right choice for their home
• Juggle multiple prospects, existing residents, walk-ins, and follow-ups throughout the day
• Bring confidence, creativity, and organizational skills to NTS

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses with alternative sales approaches
• Prioritization and organization of time and customers
• Demonstrate a professional image with meticulous detail to personal appearance
• Computer savvy with experience operating computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi preferred
• Willingness to work Saturdays
• A college degree is a plus but not required

Qualifications
