About the role
The Grove Nashville is seeking a full-time leasing associate to join its team. This role involves selling and providing customer service to prospective residents, often the first point of contact for inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective residents through phone, online, and in-person interactions
- Identify and address the needs of prospective residents
- Close the sale by showcasing The Grove as an ideal living environment
- Juggle multiple prospects, existing residents, walk-ins, and follow-ups throughout the day
- Work some Saturdays as part of the sales and customer service role
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize and organize time and customers
- Demonstrate a professional image with attention to personal appearance
- Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi
Qualifications
- College degree is a plus
