Leasing Associate - Indigo West

Responsibilities

• Achieves leasing goals by converting prospects through tours, rapport building, and timely follow-up.
• Handles all prospect interactions including calls, walk-ins, internet leads, qualifying, closing, and maintaining consistent communication.
• Processes applications and move-ins by completing paperwork, running background checks, preparing files, and coordinating apartment readiness.
• Supports residents by responding to requests, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining professional, service-focused communication.
• Maintains property presentation through daily inspections, cleanliness checks, showing units, and ensuring amenities and vacants meet community standards.
• Performs administrative tasks such as data entry, key management, package handling, and competitive market shopping.

Qualifications

• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
• Social media marketing experience preferred.
