The Leasing & Marketing Associate will greet prospective residents, highlight features and benefits, manage inquiries, and support resident events.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and guide tours
• Highlight features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Create and post engaging social media and marketing content
• Support resident events and outreach campaigns
• Aid with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Previous leasing, hospitality, retail, or marketing experience (training provided)
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20-22/hr. JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity.

Schedule

This position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
