About the Role

At Prometheus, our Leasing & Experience Managers do more than traditional "Assistant Property Managers" or "Assistant Business Managers." Your role will blend the following responsibilities:

• Neighbor Relations: Build relationships, plan events, and provide five-star customer service. Address Neighbor concerns professionally and follow up to ensure the Ultimate Neighbor Experience.
• Leasing Activities: Assist Neighbor Ambassadors with closing leases and create strategic sales and marketing programs to maximize rental activity. Develop an intimate knowledge of market conditions.
• Daily Operations: Proactively prepare and maintain Neighbor profiles, assist with pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise the leasing team, provide training and development, set goals, and celebrate milestones. We prioritize fun and recognition in our workplace.

Schedule

Our Neighborhoods are busiest on weekends, so your schedule will include regular weekend shifts. You’ll have days off between Monday and Friday. We encourage you to take vacation time, including weekends, and offer great perks like a paid birthday day off.

Requirements

• A passion for customer service, sales, and marketing.
• At least two years of experience in a leasing position.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Pay

The salary range is $29.75 to $31.75 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities:

• $200 incentive per lease.
• Discretionary semi-annual bonus plan.
• Weekend shift premium pay.
• Other bonuses and incentives, including referral bonuses, training coach bonuses, renovation bonuses, lease-up bonuses, and leasing/occupancy contests.
