MAXX Properties is hosting a two-day job fair for Leasing Consultants located in Denver, Aurora and its surrounding areas.

Details

• Day One: June 9th | 8:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m at Wentworth Apartments (11255 E. Alameda Avenue, Aurora, CO)
• Day Two: June 10th | 8:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m at Wentworth Apartments (11255 E. Alameda Avenue, Aurora, CO)

Responsibilities

Leasing consultants perform all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention and interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
