Leasing Agent (Full-Time)

About the role

The Leasing Coordinator position requires a dynamic individual to provide lease-up services for a multi-family complex. The position will require the leasing specialist to be accountable for meeting lease‑up specified goals. This position will require responsibility for leasing properties in accordance with policies and procedures set by management.

Responsibilities

• Greets all prospective residents and shows apartments.
• Handles all leasing, marketing, and customer service responsibilities.
• Focuses on converting leads into effective leases by outreach, prospecting and lead generation.
• Processes applications and lease renewals
• Provides tours of community to prospects, using persuasive techniques to highlight community amenities and property features.
• Coordinates work orders with the maintenance staff
• Meets with Property Manager on a regular basis to report progress in accomplishing set goals.
• Works as a team and with the Property Manager to keep staff upbeat and motivated, implementing contests and incentives as directed.
• Works with Property Manager to recommend appropriate rent levels at the community by completed market surveys and area competition shops.
• Works as a team with other Leasing Coordinators to ensure that all work is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
