- Complete market surveys
- Serve as a community ambassador with excellent communication and outstanding sales techniques
- Handle telephone and on-site traffic
- Show ready apartments
- Close leases
- Qualify prospects
- Complete all related paperwork and activities to ensure timely move-in
Requirements
- Some college preferred
- Sales, customer service, and basic computer skills
- Ability to interact with residents, prospects, team members, and maintenance staff
- Physical demands include walking, standing, and sitting for long periods
- Schedule may require weekend work
