About the role

This safety-sensitive position is responsible for the leasing and marketing function of the property. It involves assisting the Community Manager with the overall operational and financial success of the residential property and ensuring resident service standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Community Manager by achieving occupancy and rental goals, maintaining a closing percentage of at least 30%, and responding to phone inquiries and property tours.
  • Avoidance of resident complaints and rent collections.
  • Assist in preparing and administering leasing activities and rental traffic reports.
  • Manage property appearance and upkeep by conducting daily exterior and interior inspections to ensure curb appeal, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety procedures are followed.
  • Ensure the residential property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and availability on a 24-hour emergency basis.
  • Plan and participate in community activities and other projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required. Higher education preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
