Qualifications
- CA Real Estate License (required)
- Deep understanding of Los Angeles rental laws
- Proven leasing, sales, and closing skills
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
- Reliable transportation for frequent travel across Los Angeles
- Ability to navigate stairs and tour units as needed
