About the role
Become the friendly, public face of our property and a key representative of the management office for all current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
- Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
- Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
- Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED required
- Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
- Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
