Job Summary
STYL Residential is looking for a hardworking individual to join our team in Acworth, GA. The ideal candidate will leverage outstanding customer service and sales skills to grow their career in property management with a fast-growing company.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee sales process and provide an exceptional tour experience for prospective residents
- Proactively follow up with all current and prospective renters utilizing and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and current residents to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Partner with marketing to generate awareness, interest and excitement via social media
- Assist in the planning and execution of resident engagement events
- Ensure tour path, apartment homes, and amenity spaces are clean and consistent with company standards
- Ensure all open and close procedures are followed to company standards
- Understand product and market knowledge, including shopping competitive properties and completing market surveys
- Complete lease applications and assist with verification of application information
- Utilize customer service skills to professionally resolve issues
- Complete weekly leasing reports accurately and timely
- Inspect apartment homes prior to residents moving in to ensure a superior move-in experience
- Accept rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees
- Perform other job duties as required
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to walk across a property with stairs and in a variety of weather
- Must be able to work weekends and extended hours on a rotating schedule on Wednesdays
