About The Property

Eastpark Apartment Homes is a new community in Salem, OR. This role is an essential part of our lease up team with our 405-door community next door. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lease-up team and help build a vibrant resident community from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Tour prospective residents and showcase the community
• Guide applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewals
• Process applications and maintain accurate resident files
• Track leads and support leasing and marketing efforts
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns
• Inspect model units, tour paths, and common areas
• Support outreach and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, professional leasing office and environment

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
• Driver's license and auto insurance required
• Lease-up experience a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, property management systems)
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required

Pay

• $18–$24 per hour (DOE)
• $50/month phone stipend
• Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime pay

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Wednesday – Sunday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 60 min unpaid lunch

Physical Requirements

• Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
