Requirements
- Some experience in sales/marketing or a service-related industry
- Computer & phone app proficiency—Microsoft Office/Apple/Android
- Local area knowledge
- Property management & fair housing experience
- Valid driver's license and insurance is a must
- Competency in, or the ability to become competent in, the following:
- WI Statute Chapter 704 (LANDLORD AND TENANT law)
- Wisconsin Legislature: Chapter ATCP 134 (RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PRACTICES)
- Trade Practices
- Building Maintenance
Benefits
- Compensation for the Leasing Agent position is a base pay of $20-25 per hour plus commission on closed leases with the opportunity for additional bonuses.
