Responsibilities

• Conducting property tours and showcasing available units and amenities
• Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Following up with prospective residents to guide them through the leasing process
• Collaborating with property staff to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
• Maintaining strong closing ratios and working to meet or exceed occupancy goals
• Preparing accurate rental paperwork and clearly explaining lease terms to residents
• Ensuring safety by promptly reporting hazards and assisting with property upkeep

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a part-time Leasing Agent in Reno, NV to lease apartment units and provide exceptional service to both current and prospective residents.

Pay

$18 per hour

Schedule

This part-time Leasing Agent position typically works 30 hours per week. The schedule may include weekends and occasional overtime based on property needs and leasing demands. Flexibility and availability during peak leasing periods are essential.
