Ridgeway Commons Townhomes is seeking a motivated, dependable Bilingual Leasing Agent (English/Spanish) to join our team. The Leasing Agent will assist prospective and current residents, conduct property tours, follow up with leads, process applications, assist with collections, and help market the community through social media, outreach, and local advertising. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, outgoing, sales-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish and be motivated to generate leads, convert prospects into residents, and provide excellent resident service.
