About the role

The Lexington Apartments and Townhomes is a 150-apartments and 104-townhome property located in Roseville. Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Leasing Agent.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
• Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations, Fair Housing Law and marketing product knowledge.
• Greet all prospects/residents with professional courtesy and respect.
• Maintain professional communications with residents, residents’ guests, applicants and representatives of other companies with whom we do business.
• Follow-up with all prospects and document all phone and written correspondence.
• Process the rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.

Pay

Starting at $17.00 per hour.

Schedule

Saturday 9:00 AM-1:00PM and Sunday 10:00AM-2:00 pm.
