Leasing Agent

CRMG, a commercial and residential management group, is seeking a Leasing Agent for Burlington Tower, a 155-unit apartment community in NW Portland. Amenities include a community lounge, fitness center, and monthly resident events.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of apartment leasing, including answering phones and assisting residents.
• Conduct tours for prospective tenants.
• Maintain curb appeal and market available units.
• Accurately prepare leases and other documents.

Requirements

• One (1) year of previous customer service experience (required).
• One (1) year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, motivation, and high energy.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to landlord/tenant laws, state/federal labor laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
• Current and valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Pay

$19.00–$22.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST (40 hours per week).
