Leasing Agent

You are comfortable communicating with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members while balancing multiple priorities throughout the day. You are someone who can maintain a polished and professional appearance, provide excellent customer service at all times, and confidently guide prospective residents through the leasing process while supporting overall property operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the first impressions of the community by delivering exceptional customer service and helping prospective residents find the right apartment home.
• Handle rental inquiries, schedule appointments, conduct property tours, explain community amenities, and utilize company-approved leasing and closing techniques to maintain strong occupancy goals.
• Support the Community Manager with marketing initiatives, leasing operations, resident relations, and administrative responsibilities to ensure the property operates efficiently and professionally.
• Assist with processing applications, maintaining rental records, preparing move-in documentation, collecting rents and deposits, and coordinating resident service requests.

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Driver’s License required with reliable auto insurance
