We are currently hiring a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Leasing Agent for an apartment community in San Diego.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist current and prospective residents
- Conduct apartment and property tours
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Explain rental rates, amenities, and lease terms
- Process rental applications and leasing paperwork
- Follow up with prospective residents and leads
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain accurate resident and leasing files
- Assist residents with questions and concerns
- Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office
- Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams
- Follow company policies and Fair Housing regulations
Requirements
- Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
- Apartment/multifamily experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Computer skills and ability to learn property management software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Pay
$22.00 per hour
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
