We are a stable and growing employee-owned property management company at the forefront of the real estate industry with over 55 years in business. This position serves multiple conventional apartment communities in the Harrisburg & Lancaster area.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
- Ensure Company policies and procedures are upheld.
- Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
- Travel is required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
