Leasing Agent - Affordable Housing

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Affordable Housing Leasing Agent, preferably with Onesite knowledge (YieldStar experience is a plus), to join our team at one of our premier affordable housing properties in Las Vegas. This community is known for its high-quality design, construction, and management, offering residents an exceptional lifestyle.

• Show and lease apartments
• Achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism
• Proper execution of policies and procedures
• Perform administrative duties
• Maintain strong communication and computer skills
• Demonstrate exceptional organization and multitasking abilities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Collaborate effectively with managers and other personnel

Requirements

• 3+ years of Leasing Agent experience
• LIHTC / Section 42 experience preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
