About the role

We are always looking for great LIHTC talent. This is an ongoing search — apply anytime and we’ll be in touch when the right opportunity opens.

Responsibilities

  • The Must-Have: A minimum of 1 year of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) leasing experience is required. No exceptions — this isn’t the role to learn LIHTC on the fly. Please note: all applicants may be asked to complete a brief exam to confirm their working knowledge of tax credit regulations.
  • Your Vibe: Upbeat, positive, and genuinely passionate about affordable housing. You make every prospect feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
  • The Skills: You’re a multitasking master who communicates clearly (written and spoken), stays organized under pressure, and keeps things moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: OneSite experience is a big plus. Comfort with property management software and MS Office will set you up for success.
  • Compliance Confident: You understand income certifications, qualifying households, and the paperwork that comes with the territory — and you do it right.
  • Leasing Guru: Guide prospects from that first inquiry all the way through move-in — handling applications, income certifications, and LIHTC compliance like the pro you are.
  • Resident Champion: Be the friendly, dependable face of the community for current residents — answering questions, logging service requests, and keeping the good vibes going.
  • Marketing Hustler: Generate traffic and drive move-ins through creative outreach, Craigslist ads, and whatever platforms are working right now. Occupancy is always the goal.
  • Detail Keeper: Complete pre-move-in inspections, file accurately, and keep everything buttoned up in the system. In LIHTC, the details matter.
  • Office All-Star: Answer phones, assist with office tasks, and support the Property Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
