Responsibilities
- Provide potential tenants with a tour of the property or home highlighting the valuable features of the building.
- Affiliate in the marketing and advertising of vacancies on media/advert channels to attract potential tenants.
- Run background checks on potential tenants.
- Communicate the terms of the lease, rental rate, and period of payment to tenants.
- Conduct a survey of the property market to obtain information on competing lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy/rent.
- Ensure the proper documentation and storage of leasing files.
- Affiliate with the leasing manager/community manager in walking apartments for ready status.
- Identify and report any state or federal law changes that effect the property lease, rules, or other guidelines used onsite.
- Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information.
- Ensures timely completion of their work.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School
- Minimum Experience: 1-2 Years
- Minimum Field of Expertise: Secretarial or specialized clerical, including some administrative experience.
- PREFERRED Education: Bachelor's Degree
- PREFERRED Experience: 3 Years
- PREFERRED Field of Expertise: Combined secretarial and administrative experience in a business environment.
- MUST HAVE: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Schedule
- Thursday through Monday (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off).
- Thursday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
