About the role
Join our team as a Leasing Consultant and play a key role in driving occupancy and delivering an exceptional resident experience. In this role, you’ll guide prospects through the leasing journey—from first tour to move-in—while building meaningful connections and contributing to a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Tour prospective residents and showcase the community with confidence and professionalism
- Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry through application and move-in
- Build strong relationships with residents to support retention and renewals
- Consistently meet and exceed leasing and occupancy goals
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, results-driven environment
Qualifications
- Required Skills and Abilities:
- Treats all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care
- Demonstrates a natural disposition towards personal and public safety
- Operates from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethics
- Education And Experience:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- An undergraduate degree is preferred
- Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required

Physical Requirements
- Expected work hours: Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as-needed basis) and Holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly
- Leasing Consultants will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and standards and must approve their schedules with their supervisor
- Travel: None
- Work environment and physical demands: General office environment, ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs to perform functions in various weather conditions and variable climates
