Lease-Up Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Athrive and screen potential tenants
• Provide information about available properties
• Negotiate lease terms
• Ensure a smooth leasing process
• Market and promote available properties
• Conduct property tours
• Screens applicants
• Prepare lease paperwork
• Assist future residents with move-ins
• Respond to inquiries
• Complete weekly, monthly, and special reports
• Determine resident needs
• Respond to resident concerns
• Explain lease and community policies
• Plan and organize resident functions
• Work with property manager and team

Requirements

• Stay informed about rental market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations
• Participate in marketing events, outreach programs, and promotional activities
• Manage leasing process
• Handle multiple projects and tasks
• Cope with stress in a composed manner
• Respect and maintain confidentiality
• Work independently and collaboratively
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
