Summary The Lease Servicer is responsible for performing routine loan servicing and administrative functions related to lease accounts. This role ensures accurate processing of transactions, maintenance of account records, and resolution of member, vendor, and internal inquiries in compliance with established policies and procedures. Educa High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum one year of loan servicing or related experience requiredWorking knowledge of loan servicing systems, such as DNA, preferredUnderstanding of payment processing and transaction managementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication skills across multiple stakeholdersAccuracy and attention to detailCustomer and member service orientationProblem-solving and research skillsCollaboration with internal teams and external partnersAbility to manage routine servicing tasks within established deadlines Job Responsibilities Process lease account transactions, including payments, payoffs, disbursements, and account adjustmentsVerify accuracy and completeness of supporting documentationResearch and resolve member inquiries, complaints, and account discrepanciesProcess total loss insurance proceeds and submit GAP claims to designated vendorsPost and reconcile residual values; investigate and resolve related general ledger discrepanciesProcess lease extensions in accordance with vendor guidelinesServe as a point of contact for auto finance partners; respond to requests for account information, including balances, payments, and feesSupport title maintenance activities utilizing Vitu or equivalent systemsMaintain accurate electronic records and system updatesAssist in the development and documentation of departmental proceduresProvide escalated support to internal teams, including branches and call centerWork with Fusion on collections of vehicles past maturity date.Performs other duties as needed upon request of immediate supervisor Benefits Of Joining The Teachers Team We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes, but is not limited to: This position is eligible for our annual discretionary bonus program. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
