Lease Renewal and Collections Specialist- Real Estate License Required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact for owners and residents on lease renewals and rent collections
• Set rent strategy with owners
• Maintain resident satisfaction and clear communication
• Keep records clean and manage KPIs: occupancy, rent delinquency, and budget variance

Requirements

• Active Virginia Real Estate License
• Experience turning a messy portfolio into a running system
• Ability to advise owners with a consultative approach rather than just reporting
• Calm problem-solving under pressure
• Attention to metrics: occupancy, delinquency, budget variance

Pay

$60,000 – $70,000 per year

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m. on Fridays)
