Lease Operator - Night

Join our team as a Night Lease Operator and play a critical part in monitoring and maintaining production in the challenging environments of Pecos, TX. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production operations overnight
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly
• Gather, interpret, and enter production data accurately using software like eVIN
• Maintain operating procedures and identify discrepancies or leaks
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of oilfield experience, specifically in production operations
• Strong knowledge of production equipment and systems such as Cygnet/SCADA
• Proven troubleshooting skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work a 14/14 rotation schedule, predominantly night shifts
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours in remote locations
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness

Nice-to-have Skills

• Additional certifications or training in oilfield operations or safety procedures
• Experience using SCADA systems beyond basic monitoring
• Prior experience working rotating night shifts and on long-term assignments

Schedule

14 days on / 14 days off rotation, predominantly night shifts.
