Lease Operator I

About the Role

An entry-level Lease Operator position focused on maintaining optimum performance of equipment while meeting company standards for appearance and upkeep of assets. The role involves repairs, maintenance, and accurate documentation while adhering to company policies, including environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements. Overtime, nights, weekends, and some holidays may be required based on a predetermined work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain equipment used in oil/gas operations.
• Perform operational checks and repairs of lease roads and pads.
• Inspect vessels, PSV valves, and pipes to ensure proper functioning.
• Operate heavy equipment including skid-steer and excavator.
• Maintain reports detailing items repaired.
• Make necessary repairs to minimize downtime while considering company environment, safety, and health objectives.
• Perform general site maintenance, including site clean-up and minor facility repairs.
• Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and requirements.
• Perform site safety shutdowns, report spills, complete daily Job Safety Analysis, Lock Out Tag Out, and Confined Space reports as required.
• Collaborate with other departments/personnel to continually improve operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
