Lease Operator

About the role

The Lease Operator works under the direction of the Production Foreman to operate oil and gas wells, water resource systems, and associated infrastructure within an assigned route. Key responsibilities include maximizing daily production, operating SWD systems, performing routine equipment maintenance, and accurately reporting production data.

Responsibilities

• Maximize daily production
• Operate SWD systems
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Accurately report production data using SCADA, Field Operator, and Carte systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 4 years industry experience
• Minimum 5 years of lease operating experience; water resource experience preferred
