Lease Maturity Manager
Position Summary
The position is responsible for leading and developing staff while fostering a high-performance coaching culture and a collaborative, positive work environment. This role oversees daily operations by managing staffing needs, setting departmental goals, monitoring performance, supporting training efforts, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and key performance metrics. The position also drives process and system improvements, partners with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, and resolves customer and dealer issues related to lease maturity. Additionally, this role conducts administrative functions such as performance evaluations, timecard approvals, and team meetings while maintaining strong employee relations and addressing concerns as needed.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
- Manages staffing needs, sets departmental goals, and oversees hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Ensures staff training and partners with the training team to develop and maintain training materials.
- Monitors employee performance and collaborates with HR on corrective actions and performance improvement plans.
- Oversees policies, procedures, and key lease-maturity metrics to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Leads and manages projects that support departmental goals and the lease maturity strategy.
- Identifies and recommends system and process improvements while contributing to policy and procedure enhancements.
- Collaborates with project teams and cross-functional departments to improve operations and workflows.
- Resolves customer and dealer issues related to lease maturity activities.
- Performs administrative responsibilities, including timecard approvals, team meetings, and employee relations management.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years of customer service, call center, collections, sales, financial services, or dealer experience.
Education
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
Qualifications
- Overtime required – on an as needed basis
- Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis. Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a captive finance company and/or vehicle leasing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
