Responsibilities

  • Review lease-related documentation and abstract critical information, including rent amounts and other financial obligations.
  • Track lease, renewal, and amendment rent commencements, as well as new location launches.
  • Transmit leases and related documents into a commercial lease administration software application.
  • Manage and maintain the commercial lease administration software application to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Create correspondence and manage tenant relationships, including handling rent modifications and related communications.
  • Serve as a primary contact to tenants and internal stakeholders on lease-related topics.
  • Modify internal and external systems with up-to-date client and tenant information.
  • Coordinate records related to leases and revenue, ensuring information is organized and current.
  • Prepare and send letters and other written communications to existing tenants as needed.
  • Field incoming calls related to leases, rent obligations, and tenant inquiries, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on different types of projects simultaneously, managing a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Meet all deadlines and critical date obligations associated with leases, renewals, amendments, and rent commencements.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial reconciliations, budget review, and audit processes.
  • Experience and competence utilizing bespoke software and platforms, including commercial lease administration applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior experience in transactions management or lease administration within real estate preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate records, including lease documentation and revenue-related information.
  • Experience preparing professional letters and other tenant communications.
  • Ability to field calls from tenants and internal stakeholders and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Capability to work on regional projects from a central office location.
  • Proven efficiency in managing a high volume of varied tasks and projects.

Skills

  • Experience working with commercial lease administration or transaction management for a real estate organization is preferable.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
