About the role

with a

. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet list after "To be successful in this role, you will need to:" and earlier daily tasks). We'll put those in

  • . - Requirements: maybe the "To thrive in this role, we need an analytical and detailed-oriented Analyst with prior experience as a commercial lease administrator or paralegal with an understanding of basic real estate legal concepts related to retail leases." That's a requirement. Also hybrid schedule? That could be Schedule. Also "During the initial 90-day onboarding period, we might encourage being onsite more than 3 days so you can get successfully oriented and trained in your new role." That's schedule/onboarding. - Qualifications: maybe the "We Are Looking For An Analyst With Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Lease Structures (Retail preferred) Prior experience drafting leases and performing lease abstracts Problem-solving and analytical skills required, with the ability to interpret complex lease documents and identify key provisions Organizational skills and ability to multi-task; efficiently managing a large volume of lease documents and tracking critical dates Experience with Microsoft products, MRI, or other related real estate accounting and project management software". That's qualifications/skills. - Skills: could be separate but we can combine. However instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But we have headings for both. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for both Qualifications and Skills. Could split: Qualifications: education/experience requirements; Skills: technical/soft skills. Let's see. Qualifications: prior experience as commercial lease administrator or paralegal; understanding of basic real estate legal concepts related to retail leases; prior experience drafting leases and performing lease abstracts; knowledge of commercial real estate lease structures (retail preferred). That's qualifications. Skills: problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to interpret complex lease documents and identify key provisions; organizational skills and ability to multi-task; managing large volume of lease documents and tracking critical dates; experience with Microsoft products, MRI, or other related real estate accounting and project management software. Thus we can have both. - Benefits: posting does not mention benefits (health, 401k, etc.) So we should NOT include Benefits section. - Pay: we have salary range $45,000-55,000. So include Pay section. - Schedule: hybrid schedule details: Beachwood, OH corporate office 3 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday required), option to work from home up to 2 days a week; initial 90-day onboarding might encourage being onsite more than 3 days. So include Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Lease Accounting Analyst. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the description, but we can format them into sections. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:
