Lease Accountant

As a Lease Accountant, you’ll be a valued part of Port Royale, serving in a shared role that supports strong financial stewardship. This position requires a high level of reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail, as your work plays a key role in maintaining consistent and timely lease accounting for both teams. Responsibilities

• Assist boaters with slip inquiries, marketing, and leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate, prepare, and complete slip lease agreements accurately and professionally.
• Provide clear explanations of marina policies, lease terms, and account details.
• Accept, process, and post customer payments.
• Address customer questions regarding account balances, billing, and services.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to build positive relationships with marina customers.
• Direct customer inquiries or concerns to the appropriate department when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and lease documentation.
• Utilize the marina computer system for customer setup, data entry, scheduling boat launches and retrievals, and reporting.
• Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of financial and customer information.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• 9 AM to 5 PM with one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) required, 5-day work week.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
