Learning & Talent Development Consultant - Corporate & Institutional Banking

About the role

The Learning & Talent Development Consultant supports multiple lines of business within Corporate & Institutional Banking by delivering and enabling learning programs aligned with business needs. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Downers Grove, IL, Birmingham, IL, or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Consults, curates, designs, develops, facilitates and/or advises on learning and talent development solutions that fulfill business objectives.
• Provides career development guidance to employees and counsels managers regarding learning and talent strategies and best practices.
• PARTNERS WITH BUSINESS AND HR LEADERS TO ESTABLISH, MONITOR AND MEASURE LEARNING AND TALENT PRIORITIES.
• COLLABORATES WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO DELIVER EFFECTIVE INITIATIVES, LEVERAGING SKILLS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, CONSULTATION, INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY.
• DRAWS ON INSIGHTS FROM DATA TO ASSESS SKILL DEVELOPMENT NEEDS AND FACILITATE CONVERSATIONS WITH SENIOR LEADERS.
• ENABLES EMPLOYEE ACHIEVEMENT AND CAREER JOURNEYS THROUGH PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DELIVERY AND NAVIGATION OF PNC TOOLS AND RESOURCES.

Pay

Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $116,875.00
