Learning Systems Architect
About the role
Provide strategic and tactical advice and develop learning solutions on learning technology systems and cloud-based technologies, including learning management systems (LMS) to support evolving training requirements and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations for SaaS and cloud-based platforms and products for LMS, HRIS, or TMS
- Conduct technology-based needs assessments, gather, analyze, and document technical requirements
- Build and maintain client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
- Facilitate or work on Agile teams
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Mentor and may supervise team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading LMS, HRIS, or TMS technical implementations for SaaS and cloud-based platforms and products
- Experience working with customers to successfully conduct technology-based needs assessments
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Nice if you have: Experience delivering professional services to the federal government, ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites, ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment, possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills, possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology, Project Management Certification
Skills
- Advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
