About the role

This role is offered on an hourly paid basis. To support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within the Campuses and to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the learner need.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive key operational functions
  • Help shape the future of education in the heart of London
  • Join a friendly, professional team committed to delivering high-quality support across the college
  • Create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued
  • Work with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support

About You

  • Reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Confidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skills
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up
