About the Opportunity

NGV Talent is partnering with a leading vehicle mobility and automotive technology company developing advanced technologies across autonomous driving, ADAS, vehicle software, and intelligent mobility.

We are looking for a Learning Program Designer to design and scale training programs for vehicle operators and operations teams, including onboarding, technical training, qualification, certification, and ongoing proficiency.

This is a hands-on role working closely with Vehicle Operations, Engineering, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to turn complex technical, operational, and safety requirements into practical learning experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop learning programs for Vehicle Operations, from onboarding through advanced technical training and certification.
  • Partner with Operations leaders, engineers, and SMEs to identify capability gaps and training needs.
  • Translate complex technical and operational requirements into engaging learning experiences.
  • Create e-learning, instructor-led training, simulations, assessments, job aids, documentation, and hands-on training.
  • Use Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar authoring tools to develop digital learning.
  • Leverage AI and emerging learning technologies to scale and improve training.
  • Build and maintain curricula, learning paths, assessments, and performance-support materials.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on learner and operational feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Technical Training, or Learning & Development.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, needs analysis, and assessment.
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise or similar tools.
  • Experience translating complex technical or operational information into practical learning solutions.
  • Experience creating learning across multiple formats, including e-learning, LMS/LXP, documentation, video, presentations, and instructor-led training.
  • Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and SME partnership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in autonomous vehicles, automotive, ADAS, robotics, mobility, manufacturing, logistics, or other technical environments.
  • Experience with vehicle operations, operator training, or safety-critical environments.
  • Experience with certification, qualification, simulations, labs, or hands-on training.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Google Workspace, LMS/LXP platforms, Ethena, Cornerstone, or similar tools.
  • Experience using generative AI for learning design and content development.
