Responsibilities
- Lead and govern learning operations, ensuring access to resources and effective knowledge enablement
- Optimize learning processes for efficiency and scalability aligned with business priorities
- Manage and enhance the learning technology ecosystem, including vendor relationships
- Innovate using AI tools to improve learning design and engagement
- Maintain learning standards to ensure content quality across programs
- Oversee compliance training, ensuring regulatory adherence and improving mandatory training experiences
- Set up measurement practices to evaluate learning effectiveness and communicate insights for business impact
- Develop and coach a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in learning, instructional design, compliance, or technology
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills to influence across various functions
- 7+ years in corporate learning and development with proficiency in instructional design and adult learning theory
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
- Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms and learning technology ecosystems with familiarity in AI tools
- Experience in implementing learning measurement practices and reporting on their business impact
- Familiarity with compliance training programs and regulatory oversight
