Additional Information About The Role

Christian Hospital has an opportunity for a LMS Administrator & Compliance Analyst. This role supports learning operations through administration of the SABA Learning Management System (LMS), including assigning and tracking required education and compliance training. Other responsibilities will include maintaining accurate learning data, generating and analyzing reports, monitoring completion metrics, and ensuring training records are current and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Provides analytical support to department as assigned.
  • Ensures CPE IT and Learning Management System (LMS) quality processes, program production, and assignment.
  • Maintains IT/LMS performance improvement.
  • Data collection, retrieval, and generation of reports of unit/organizational data for use in outcomes reporting and quality improvement activities.
  • Acts as a resource to Director, Manager, and Practice Specialists for IT/LMS related procedures and processes.
  • Develops and supports CPE IT/LMS performance functions by designing and loading BJH nursing organizational learning module into the LMS on an ongoing basis.
  • Liaison with IT to ensure computer access for new staff onboarding.
  • Liaison for trouble shooting computer and tech issues.
  • Prepares statistical reports, graphs, and control charts as directed by leadership team and CPE strategic plan.
  • Makes sure to monitor, evaluate, and develop improvement plans for performance issues within existing IT/LMS processes that impact CPE service delivery.
  • Monitors processes and works with IT and BILD to resolve SABA performance issues.
  • Aids in strategic planning to improve CPE LMS and services across the organization.
  • Enhances SABA to outputs (reports, testing methodologies, module designs) to ensure most effective education delivery processes and methods.
  • Tests change/PI enhancements to ensure minimal disruption to unit workflow and delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
  • Preferred 5-10 years of experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of supervisor experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Proficiency in report generation and analysis.
